That was our parting reminder yesterday in a fabulous session track of sharing and interaction! Gary Kaplan and I thank you for your great participation!

From the quality/safety business imperative to linking the work NOW with payment partners.

From storytelling to utilizing the story to dive deep into our culture– the root system below the lily pad.

From understanding the need for a better fit of expectations to a deliberate process of alignment (sic not just agreement) whether through compacts or other tools.

From sifting through the multitude of signals in today’s demanding world of quality and safety metrics to sending a clear leadership signal—single organizational goal–a North Star—“prevent avoidable harm and death.”

The journey is deliberate, but the rewards are there.
